RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 14 days since your order receipt to ask for a full refund or an exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
To return or exchange items, contact us at email@example.com with your order number specifying if it is a return or an exchange and we will instruct you accordingly.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached to be in a returnable condition. We will not accept any items that are customised or personalised.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your return and we will provide you for a return address. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box. Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order. Close the box and tape it securely. Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods.
We recommend posting within 7 days of your Return Request and requesting proof of postage to guarantee that we receive your parcel within 14 days. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If an item is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt we can then offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.
Exchanges shipped to you are free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.vaderetrolab.com
